Plugins, I have a message showing "Shockwave Flash is known to be vulnerable and should be updated.
Update Now Shockwave Flash 220.127.116.11 Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 I have clicked on the Update Now link, downloaded and installed the Adobe recommended update, multiple times, while also restarting FIrefox multiple times afterward, but FIrefox refuses to think the plugin has been properly updated.
To remove the Flash Player download the uninstaller here: Content.do?
external Id=tn_14157&slice Id=1 This installer also contains an uninstaller.
Save the uninstaller to your desktop, then quit/exit any applications you have open.
Now I have updated to 16.04, it appears to no longer be available. I understand it is no longer updated, but where can I get the last version available? A: Shockwave Player displays content created with Adobe Director 11.5 software such as high-performance multiuser games, interactive 3D product simulations, online entertainment, and training applications.Start by doing: sudo apt purge --remove adobe-flashplugin flashplugin-installer pepperflashplugin-nonfree (to remove older versions of flashplugin and pepperflashplugin. Then do: sudo apt install browser-plugin-freshplayer-pepperflash .See screenprint: Vi B Until I can get this resolve I must manually activate Flash on every tab every time I need to use it (my sessions have over 100 tabs) - so this is very cumbersome/frustrating. Thanks, Dan Plugins, I have a message showing "Shockwave Flash is known to be vulnerable and should be updated.I have also used the Mozilla plugincheck URL: https:// (via FIrefox) See screenprint: Vi9 which also thinks that Adobe Flash Player needs to be updated. Programs show Flash Player 26 Activex Opened Mozilla Firefox and search for flash player in add ons.
